• Entry fees must include a fully completed entry form signed by both participants.
• Entries MUST be to Tournament Director NO LATER THAN Eight (8) Days prior to Event to avoid the $25.00 LATE FEE.
• Entry fees shall be $135.00 per boat per tournament, which includes Big Fish.
• Please print your Division's entry form (see below) and signify Tournaments being entered by placing the entry fee amount of $135.00 in each Box in 1st Row.
• If entering "Optional" BONUS BUCKS Pool, enter $25.00 in each Box in 3rd Row.
